We have developed a brand new website and a great printing process to ensure your orders are handled quickly and without fuss. The story starts with you selecting the type of printing you need, then uploading your artwork and letting us do the rest. For customised jobs our account managers are here to take your calls and assist you in delivering the best outcome for you and your business, in the most cost effective way.
Our automated system (called Roscoe) will bring you through all the steps that are needed including proofs and signoff. Once you’re 100% happy with the job we get to printing. We believe it the most professional business process in Australia.
Having said that, we are always looking to improve, so if you see something you think would work better please let us know. We are only a phone call or an online chat away.

Custom Orders
Sometimes our customer orders are unique and therefore difficult to fit it into a computer system. If you have custom quantities or sizes please contact us to discuss the best way to go about getting your job printed. However, we'd love to know which new products you would like us to add.
If enough people require a certain product we'll do our best to get it up on the website.
Glossary
GSM Is an abbreviation for "grams per square metre", and represents the weight of the paper. As a rule of thumb, the heavier the paper is the better quality it will be.
GLOSS
A smooth glossy finish to the paper. This can make your product stand out and is most commonly used on products such as photographs.
MATT
A matt paper has no noticeable finish, i.e. not shiny. A matt finish is the most common option people go for when printing business stationery.
SILK
An option in between a gloss and a matt finish.
